[Free participation] 9/17 (Tuesday) “Basic Seminar on Promoting Women’s Participation” will be held, a must-see for managers and personnel in charge of human resources and labor affairs!

* -What is the career advancement support project for female employees-* In Tokyo, in order to enable more women to play an active role in companies, we provide support for formulating action plans based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, support for acquiring skills for women aiming for managerial positions, seminars for thinking about career advancement, and support for corporate managers. We hold 12 support programs, including seminars for male managers and individual mentoring and consulting. All events are free of charge, so please take advantage of them to promote future corporate initiatives.
