This time, Chibori Sweets Factory Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toi, Yugawara-machi, Kanagawa Prefecture, Representative Director and President: Hiroyuki Torii) has announced that they will use Shonan Gold from Kanagawa Prefecture*

A limited-time POPUP shop will be opened at Yokohama Takashimaya from September 18th (Wednesday) in collaboration with .
A joint project with FM Yokohama’s “Just Right Radio” born from “Mottainai” This project is about the “Shonan Gold” citrus fruit, which has been bred in Kanagawa Prefecture and is known for its unique taste.It is a waste to have no use for the skin and clusters, which make up 60% of the fruit.
It all started with a consultation from a farmer. “If that’s the case!”, we decided to establish our headquarters in the prefecture. The development team of Chibori Sweets Factory and the program staff of FM Yokohama’s “Just Good Radio” made many prototypes until they were satisfied with the result, and the “Shonan Gold Brownie” was finally born. The product name was chosen through submissions from program listeners!
