Osaka Osho was born in 1969. We opened as a small store in Kyobashi, Osaka. It was Japan’s first gyoza specialty store, and the store was well-loved by the locals for its elaborate design so that everyone could eat their fill of gyoza. Since then, the number of stores has increased and Machi Chuka has expanded nationwide. Currently, there are approximately 350 stores.
