Get healthy in the morning with the power of fermentation! Breakfast event “Walk Brunch” held at Settaya Miyauchi, Niigata Prefecture, the city of brewing and fermentation
*This is a course where you can enjoy walking around Settaya and Miyauchi, including a morning marche with a fermentation theme, and then have brunch at an art museum. You can also taste fresh rice from Niigata.

While feeling the pleasant autumn breeze, you can visit the morning market and walk around town while listening to the chirping of birds…
We will be holding an event where we will provide a special breakfast that is gentle on the body at Settaya Miyauchi, a brewing and fermentation town that has continued since the Edo period.
Breakfast is “Hiyori no Daidokoro” ( https://hiyoriyanodaidokoro.com/
The breakfast venue will be the Takashi Akiyama Poster Museum Nagaoka. Enjoy a breakfast experience that stimulates your eyes and mind amidst poster art.

8:30~9:20 Walk around town via “Sunday good morning market” (with guide) *We plan to sell “financiers” made by students of Nagaoka Agricultural High School.
9:20~9:30 Walk to “Takashi Akiyama Poster Museum Nagaoka”
9:30 Healthy breakfast with fresh rice and products from Settaya and Miyauchi 10:30 Dissolution
