A new menu that combines autumn ingredients such as Kyoto grapes and chestnuts with chocolate will be released at the chocolate bar at Kyoto Bettei Sanjo branch. After enjoying the fall foliage viewing, enjoy autumn to the fullest at a chocolate bar. *
The dessert, which expresses the signature chocolate “Mizuho no Shizuku”, has been made into an autumn version with a Kyoho grape motif.
Inside the square-shaped light purple chocolate is a fragrant baked pie crust, smooth bitter chocolate cream, custard cream, fresh Kyoho grapes, and Muscat.
To finish, sprinkle bitter chocolate cream, thinly sliced Kyoho grapes, Shine Muscat, raspberry sauce, Kyoho grape sorbet, crunch, and pistachio, and garnish with a light cocoa meringue.

Mont Blanc is a marron-flavored white chocolate mousse with pear and cassis jelly on a meringue base, and marron cream squeezed around it.
