Hot Toys Japan Co., Ltd. (location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Frank Dubois) has released the 1991 movie “Movie Masterpiece DX (Deluxe)” series, Hot Toys’ top brand. From Terminator 2, we have announced the T-800 (Battle Damage/2.0 version).
This item, which has been made three-dimensional by Hot Toys as the 2.0 version for the first time in about 11 years, has a costume made of genuine leather, as well as a newly developed head and body. A diorama pedestal inspired by a blast furnace at a steel mill, equipped with an LED light-up function, is included.

The battle-damaged version of the T-800 that appears in “Terminator 2” has been made into a three-dimensional high-end 1/6 scale figure with a total height of approximately 32 cm and over 30 movable parts. Two newly developed heads are included that have cleared the portrait rights of Arnold Schwarzenegger. The first is a wounded head. The second is a head with an exposed endoskeleton and an LED light-up function on the right eye.
Both are equipped with a gimmick that moves the eyeballs, and by freely changing the line of sight, it is possible to create a lifelike presence. Each piece is hand-painted one by one to recreate the wounds, skin texture, and wrinkles sustained in battle.
The body has been newly developed to reproduce a strong body. The details and materials have been paid attention to, such as the torn gray shirt and the mechanical skeleton exposed through the pants on the left leg, resulting in an exquisite finish down to the last detail.
Genuine leather is now used for the trademark leather jacket, pants, and belt. In addition, a replacement left arm part and leather jacket are included, allowing you to change the figure to have the left arm damaged and the cylinder etc. exposed.
Weapons include a machine gun, rifle, pistol, grenade launcher, and ammunition set. Ammunition can be stored in a removable bandolier. It also comes with the iron bar that appeared in the stopped scene. By using a variety of replacement hand parts, including one with a raised thumb, reminiscent of the last scene, you can create a variety of scenes from the play.
The diorama pedestal is inspired by a blast furnace at a steel mill and is equipped with an LED light-up function!
