2024×Glass Girl “Discovered at TIF! “Summer Cinderella” Project 2024” FINALIST Linlin becomes a summer Cinderella! Also includes a joyful interview!

The world’s largest idol festival “TOKYO IDOL FESTIVAL 2024 supported by “Nishitan Clinic” and the idol web magazine “Glass Girl” are collaborating on “Discover at TIF! ‘Summer Cinderella’ Project 2023″.
This year, the winner of “Summer Cinderella” was the audition “IDOL3.0” produced by Yasushi Akimoto, who gave birth to WHITE SCORPION last October.
Linlin is the youngest member of FINALIST, a unit made up of 17 people who made it to the final round of “PROJECT”.
Glass Girl will share her thoughts on her first gravure, special movie, first TIF, and impressions of her first gravure. We are bringing you a “first” interview for her.
■First stage in life, first TIF in life
–This year’s “Summer Cinderella” has been decided to be Lin Lin. Congratulations again.

When we gathered together after the dance lesson, the staff informed us that “Rinrin has been chosen as the ‘Summer Cinderella.”’ Everyone was so happy, and I didn’t expect to be selected either, so I didn’t really feel it. But today, as I was shooting, I started to realize it little by little. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you very much.
ーーFollowing Asuka Saito, who is the cover girl for July and August, Linlin will be decorating the Glass Girl front page for about two months from September 13th.
Ringling
The number next to Asuka Saito is amazing… I started to feel like, “Is this okay??” But in FINALIST, Chai-chan is a fan of Asuka Saito. I’m going to brag to Chai-chan (lol).
–I would love to (laughs). Did you read the article about Linlin being selected that was distributed during TIF?
Ringling
My fans and my sister found it and told me about it. I went to see it right away. There are so many idols out there… even though there are 17 FINALISTs, you found me among them. I was really happy because I had been thinking and practicing a lot for that day, not only dancing and singing, but also my facial expressions.
ーーActually, it seems like you were quite nervous being the opening act.
Linlin: I was pretty nervous. Last year, “IDOL3.0
During the “PROJECT” period, TIF was one of the stages where all the participants talked about their goals and “I want to be called here.” A few years from now… I was able to appear on the stage that I had always wanted to appear on, one year later. It was my first stage in my life, and my first TIF in my life. It was a stage full of many firsts, but I was filled with the feeling of “I’m going to show off what I’ve been practicing since last year.”
–That was the look on his face that was full of emotion. After that, FINALIST appeared on the Ukishima stage, but this time they looked completely relaxed.

When we were the opening act, the fans gave us a tremendous amount of support, and it made us feel, if only for a moment, that we were welcomed too. I think that’s why I was able to perform so freely. On the Ukishima stage, I was close to the fans, and I couldn’t help but smile with happiness (lol).
■Everyone thinks about it once, right?
–The cover girl gravure shoot was themed on “Summer of 15 Years Old.”
RinRin Enjoying ramune and shaved ice, and taking photos on the riverbed in the heat. It was super “youthful”!
It was my first time doing a shoot like this. I’ve been allowed to wear a lot of luxurious clothes…I don’t think it’s because my taste buds are fattening, but I’m a little worried that my way of thinking will become more luxurious from now on.
–If you think like that, I think you’ll be fine in the future (lol).
Ring Ring And above all, Cinderella’s dress was too cute! After all, every girl wants to be a princess at least once, right?
–I kind of understand. For boys, it’s professional baseball players and soccer players.
Linlin: When I was little, I also watched “Little Princess.” I admired Sophia from the Disney movie “Sofia.” It’s a story about an ordinary girl becoming a princess when her mother marries a king, and I watched it over and over again on Disney Plus and admired the fluffy dresses. There was a time when I cosplayed because I wanted to be like this (lol).
However, I think everyone realizes that “that’s not possible” and thinks about “realistic dreams” like “this is what I want to become in the future.” For me, that “realistic dream” was to become a midwife. My mother was a midwife, so I always knew that I would become a midwife in the future.
– I see.
Ringling
That’s what I thought, but then I started working as an idol. This time, I was able to find her and wear a fluffy and gorgeous dress for the first time… I’m so happy that the dream I gave up on when I was little came true!
I spent the whole day filming today wondering if it was okay for me to be this happy (lol).
