Nagano Prefecture’s Hadano City’s famous “bar agar”. The program, which was held in January and February last year and was very popular, will be upgraded. This is a program where you can visit Kamaba where the ingredients are boiled, experience the hot springs where the agar is laid out in the field and dry it, taste freshly baked fresh foods, and meet new ways to eat agar.
