A demonstration of sweets by Mr. Jill Marshall and Mr. Koichi Sato, Pastry Baker Chef, will be held at Otomana, a place for adults proposed by Isetan Shinjuku. This is a seminar where you can see Mr. Jill Marshall and Mr. Sato making sweets up close, which you can’t usually see, and learn about their skills and ideas about sweets.
