■ Page concept As less than a year has passed before the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, interest in volunteers to support the Games is also growing. On the other hand, applications for tournament volunteers (field casts) and city volunteers (city casts), which are the center of volunteer activities in the tournament, have already been completed. Meanwhile, there are also so-called “unique volunteers” recruited by local governments that are host towns or local governments that invite advance camps, but there are almost no pages where you can check the information centrally. It is the actual situation. For this reason, Volasapo has compiled its own volunteer information by collecting the volunteer information that was independently researched and the results of questionnaire surveys conducted by the local governments of the host towns in cooperation with the Cabinet Secretariat Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Promotion Headquarters. A special page “2020 Volunteer Guide” has been established. In this page, we will continue to add information on each volunteer as needed, to improve the volunteer information for the tournament, and to endeavor to make it widely available to those interested in volunteer activities related to the tournament.
