Fuller’s co-creation studio develops official app for University of Tsukuba A platform for graduates and related people to watch over and support the university
Fuller Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture; Representative Director: Shuta Shibuya, Yuki Sakurai) has recently co-created a studio with the National University Corporation Tsukuba University (location: Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture; President: Kyosuke Nagata; hereinafter, University of Tsukuba) ) And an application for the official smartphone of the University of Tsukuba (hereinafter referred to as “smartphone”) “Tsukuba University TSUKUBA FUTURESHIP”.
“Tsukuba University App TSUKUBA FUTURESHIP” is an app for students, graduates, and other interested parties at the University of Tsukuba. Notifications of various genres of university official news, such as information on university research, sports, lectures, and articles from various media such as university newspapers, can be received. In addition to being able to read news, it is also a big feature that donations to the university can be made through the app. The university has realized a platform unique to apps that can build relationships not only with current students, but also with graduates and other people surrounding the university, including university officials.
Toward the 50th anniversary of the opening of the university in October 2023, the University of Tsukuba established the Foundation for the 50th Anniversary of the University of Tsukuba in June of last year to support university education and research and renovate campus facilities. We are looking for donations for maintenance. In line with this, this app has a function that allows graduates and related people who want to monitor and support the activities of the university to donate to the university through the app.
