Clark Memorial International High School (Principal: Fukagawa City, Hokkaido; Principal: Yuichiro Miura) signed a business alliance agreement with Consadole Hokkaido Sports Club (Daichi Mikami) on February 12, 2020 (Reiwa 1) did. Based on this business alliance agreement, a men’s soccer club will be launched in Sapporo Odori Campus in April 2020. From April 2021, we will create a sports course and a men’s soccer major that focuses on personality development through soccer.
■ Alliance overview
The director, goalkeeper coach and physical coach will all be dispatched from Consadole Hokkaido Sports Club, and we will arrange some practice grounds to strengthen the team in a professional environment. This is the first telecommunications high school in Hokkaido to participate in and win the national high school soccer championship hosted by the National High School Athletic Federation (National High School Federation), the national high school collective (Inter High), and the training of Japanese national class players. The school and Consadole Hokkaido Sports Club have concluded an industry-academia collaboration agreement in order to develop this partnership into regional contributions and educational promotion activities throughout the region.
