Strawberry dessert buffet is the most popular dessert buffet in Hilton Nagoya every year. This year’s concept of “Love in Hard-Strawberry Metal Dessert Buffet” is a “hard cute” that combines the cuteness of strawberries with a hard metallic feeling inspired by heavy metal. Express the new world of strawberry sweets.
About 20 kinds of sweets and savory that are a little hard and have an impact, with a motif of guitars, drums and other musical instruments and axes, studs, devils, and flames based on rose gold, metallic pink, and red. Original sweets and snacks using raspberries, blueberries, etc. are lined up mainly with strawberries.
A full-sized guitar cake appears on a popular live station. After heavy metal, we also have a participatory performance where customers break the chocolate with a hammer.

Pastry chef Mamoru Watanabe
He started his career with French cuisine and later turned to a pastry. Joined Hilton Nagoya in 1994.
