Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo / NAMIKI667 Bartender
Although she graduated from a hotel vocational school, she was once aspiring to be a hairdresser, so she was able to get in touch with people, find common ground in pursuing ultimate beauty, and be attracted to the bartender profession. In 2014, he started his career as a bartender at the Hilton Tokyo main bar “St. George Bar”. In 2015, he acquired the HBA bartender qualification of the Japan Hotel Bermen’s Church, which nurtures bartenders with honed sensitivity and skill. In 2016, he became the bartender of the hotel’s Bar & Lounge ZATTA. Inoue, who is enthusiastic about starting to explore, is fascinated by the fine nuances and enjoyment of various alcoholic beverages.
In 2017, with the opening of Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo, he became a bartender for NAMIKI667. The bar and lounge produces seasonal cocktails, as well as cocktails that look and taste beautiful, welcoming international guests with friendly and pleasant hospitality. He is active as a cocktail creator with a high storytelling that gives a romantic mood. At present, he has set up antennas in bar culture, music, and other fields, both in Japan and abroad, and is working hard to win competitions.

NAMIKI667 Original Hot Chocolate is a hot cocktail that warms the mind and body, like a mouth-watering cocktail at a camping place with friends. Kazuya Nishimura
Head Bartender and Head of NAMIKI667 Bar & Lounge at Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo In 2013, he started his career as a bartender at the main bar “Da Vinci” at ANA Intercontinental Hotel Tokyo, and will further refine the high-tech skills required as a bartender, creating cocktails that will attract many domestic and foreign guests. In 2015, he became the chief bartender of the hotel’s MIXX bar and lounge. He has worked on the design and development of a variety of cocktails offered at fairs and various events held at restaurants throughout the hotel, and the highly creative content that accompanies the story is highly appreciated.
