The 27th Miura Ogawa Literature Award, Presentation Ceremony Held !! ………………………………………………………………………………………… Organized by Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture and the Akiaki Ogawa Literature Award Committee, Gakken Holdings Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Shinagawa / President & CEO: Hiroaki Miyahara), a group company of Gakken Plus, Inc. (Tokyo, Shinagawa / President & CEO: Hideyuki Sakai The award-winning works of the 27th Ogawa Mimei Literature Award, which is cosponsored, was decided, and the presentation ceremony was held on March 30 (Saturday) at the Ogawa Mimei Literature Center. The Ogawa Mimei Literature Award was established in 1991 for the purpose of inheriting the literary spirit of the children of Joetsu city, Ogawa Mimei, and producing creative children’s literary works suitable for a new era. It is sponsored by Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture and the Miaki Ogawa Literature Award Committee, and has been co-sponsored by Gakken Plus Inc. since the 9th. This time, 503 works from all over Japan will be collected, and among them, Saki Fujimura (Niigata Prefecture) ‘s “Machikichi no Yukichi” (long feature section) won the grand prize, and Kamura Kawamura (Niigata Prefecture) “old woman, old woman “I was walking in the town of Tochigi” (feature section) was awarded the Excellence Award. Winners from Niigata Prefecture will be the first in the history of the award. Grand prize winners will receive a prize of 1 million yen and the commemorative “Ogawa Mimei Fairy Tale Complete Works” (Osorasha), and prize winners will receive a prize of 200,000 yen. The presentation ceremony began at 2 pm with Mayor Murayama’s greetings from Joetsu City, and after comments from the selection committee, awards and bouquets were presented to all the award winners.

The award-winning work is based on the town of Niigata Sakai in the Edo period. I wrote while searching. ” The Ogawa Mimei Literature Center Citizens’ Gallery is holding a special exhibition entitled “The 27th Ogawa Mimei Literature Award Commemorative Exhibition” until April 24 (Wednesday), with comments on the award-winning works and the voices of the winners.
