Tango Kingdom Co., Ltd. Homemade “ Kujo Leek Sausage ” and “ Bacon ” won gold awards at the “ 1st IFFA Japanese Meat Processing Contest 2019 * ” specializing in processed products such as domestic ham, bacon, sausage, “ wiener sausage ” “White salami” won the silver award.

The 1st IFFA Japanese Meat Processing Contest 2019 is a collection of more than 500 products from about 80 processing manufacturers around the country, and German meat meisters decorate, quality, appearance, color, composition, This competition will be judged based on over 100 standards such as texture, aroma and taste.
In this contest, the homemade “Kujo Leek Sausage” and “Bacon”, which are manufactured and sold by Tango Kingdom, received a gold medal of 50 points, and “Wiener Sausage” and “White Salami” won the Silver Award.
The Kujo Negi Sausage, which won the gold award, is based on home-made sausage that uses 100% of the highest-grade branded pork Kyotanba Kogen pork that won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award for the salt of Kotobiki from the local Kotobiki beach. By adding Kujo leeks from Kyoto, it is a dish that enhances the scent of leeks and brings out the original flavor of meat. In addition, “Bacon” uses 100% Kyotamba Kogen pork and is characterized by its juicy, meaty sweetness that is compatible with “Tango Craft Beer”, which has won awards in international beer competitions. It is outstanding.
