After gaining experience at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka, she worked as a chef for “Casual Dining fue” and “Top of Miyako”. We value our own sensitivity and individuality of seasonings.
Pastor chef Tetsuro Akasaki
He has a career in the confectionery section of Hotel Granvia Kyoto and Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel. He has won numerous tournaments in Japan, and in 2013, participated in the world confectionery tournament “Coop du Monde de la Patisserie” held in France as the representative of Japan, ranking second in the world. Incumbent since 2014. In charge of providing desserts at the G7 Ise-Shima Summit 2016, an advanced country summit held in May 2016.
