～Starting recruitment for “Tokyo Sasa Ale Residential Landlord Support Project”～ *We will support your registration with various supplementary menus packaged with seismic retrofit subsidies, etc.! *
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has set a goal of supplying 3,500 Tokyo Sasa Ale Housing (safety net housing) units by the end of 2030, which are exclusive housing units that can only be occupied by people who require special consideration to secure housing. We are proceeding with efforts to achieve this goal.
Starting in 2025, we have packaged various subsidy menus related to the registration of dedicated housing, and have also created a comprehensive menu of subsidies, including subsidies for earthquake retrofitting costs, to encourage registration even for houses with inadequate earthquake resistance. Ta.
We are now accepting applications for this year’s “Tokyo Sasa Ale Residential Landlord Support Project.” We encourage all landlords to take advantage of this project and consider registering their exclusive homes.

From Wednesday, April 17, 2020
*Reception will end when the budget amount is reached.
*2 Subsidy recipients*
・Lender (owner of private rental housing or registered business operator) In addition, tenants (tenants of exclusive housing) can also take advantage of some of the subsidy menus.
*3 Main requirements*
・New registration for exclusive housing
・Maintain registration as a private residence for 10 years
・Contracts for each subsidy project must be concluded after the grant of subsidy has been decided.
