Sugino Machine Co., Ltd. (Namegawa City, Toyama Prefecture, President and CEO: Yoshiaki Sugino) has developed an engine-driven ultra-high pressure water generation pump unit “HI-JET 3000GT-R”. This product will be exhibited at the “2024 Cleaning Comprehensive Exhibition” to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, September 18th to Friday, September 20th.
1. Overview and development background
The ultra-high pressure water jet method is widely used for repairing aging expressways, erasing lines on paved roads, and at building demolition sites. The water jet method has the advantage of being highly efficient as it only removes deteriorated parts and does not cause damage to the surrounding area, and does not generate dust. In 2014, we developed the engine-driven ultra-high pressure water generation pump “HI-JET 3000GT” and have been selling it for outdoor work applications such as chipping concrete structures and surface treatment of various structures. In recent years, as the applications of pumps have expanded further, we have undergone a complete model change, including the exterior, in order to meet the diversifying customer needs.

2. Features
