Seasonal Chocolate Gems uses seasonal ingredients to deliver seasonal chocolate experiences. This fall’s new flavor is “Fiki” (meaning fig in Italian), which is inspired by the fresh figs that are in season in Italy and Japan in the fall. A ganache made with semi-dried fig puree and homemade fig vinegar is coated with cinnamon-flavored fig gelatina and dark chocolate.
