We would like to inform you that we have opened an office. Background of opening the Taiwan office In April 2023, we will launch TRiCERA Resale, a secondary distribution service for contemporary art that has high asset value. We promote the buying and selling of art at fair prices and the expansion of liquidity. We have opened a new base in Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, to strengthen the sales structure of “TRiCERA Resale”. Taiwan plays an important role in the art market, hosting Asia’s landmark art fairs “ART TAIPEI” and “Taipei Contemporary Art & Ideas”. Additionally, the country is putting a lot of effort into the arts, including policies that award awards to companies that effectively promote culture and art. With the opening of our Taiwan office, we will strengthen our system to meet the diverse needs of our customers, including supporting the expansion of Japanese artists into Asia and strengthening our handling of high-quality contemporary art works in Taiwan. Exhibiting at ART TAIPEI Our company exhibited for the first time at Taiwan’s art fair “One Art Taipei” in January 2024, and following that, we will be exhibiting at “ART TAIPEI”, Asia’s oldest international art fair, which will be held from October 25th.
