characterized by its faint citrus scent. The fries wrapped in crispy batter are served with a special tartar sauce made using Shonan Gold, making this a dish that brings out the charm of local ingredients.

Because of this, they cannot be released and may be discarded to avoid genetic effects. In order to make effective use of this resource, efforts are underway to mix Shonan Gold provided by JA Kanagawa into the feed and raise it as “Shonan Gold Flounder,” a fruit fish that prevents odor and spoilage.
