We strive to create an environment where each employee can demonstrate their strengths and feel motivated to work. Currently, we have 427 employees with intellectual disabilities, who utilize their strengths in detailed manual work to create environmentally friendly paper products using papermaking, which reuses waste materials, and to produce original coffee. In a questionnaire survey of participating students after the trial session, the response rate of “I can imagine working for a company” increased from 57% to 100%, and many students with disabilities felt the possibility of a new career.
