The General Incorporated Association of Technical Colleges (Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director Shuta Shibuya), which was established by technical college alumni, will hold an open innovation facility “Blooming Camp” (operated by: Grand Green Osaka) on Saturday, March 15, 2025.
