Yakiniku KINTAN has been producing “Japan’s Best Sirloin Yukhoe Half & Half (TM), which has a texture that melts in your mouth and a rich flavor, by making full use of raw processing and special meat cutting techniques, and seasoning with a secret sauce. )” have been on sale. Yakiniku KINTAN will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2023. We want you to enjoy sirloin yukhoe, which has been supporting KINTAN as a signature product for about 10 years with cumulative sales of 480,000 servings, for the next 10 years, so we have renewed Japan’s best sirloin yukhoe and made it “Japan’s most delicious.” We have started selling “KINTAN Triple Yukhoe (TM)”.
In addition to the sirloin, we have added two new types of meat to the renewed “Japan’s Most Delicious KINTAN Triple Yukhoe (TM)”: the rare cuts of cuttlefish and rump. You can enjoy the differences in taste, texture, and melt-in-your-mouth texture depending on the part and thickness of the meat.
Ichibo is a rare part that can only be harvested from 2 to 4 kg from a single cow, and is moist and tender. Through trial and error, we created the meat so that it melts in your mouth the moment you put it in your mouth, and has a thickness that allows you to feel the meatiness.The meat is simply seasoned with olive oil and an original salt that contains plenty of umami ingredients.
