MARLMARL’s 14th store nationwide will open at Narita Airport, which has regained its vitality as the gateway to Japan as the number of tourists visiting Japan has recovered.
MATO by MARLMARL will open its third store nationwide, the Narita Airport Terminal 2 store.
The theme of the Narita Airport Terminal 2 store is “LABO”
A lab generally refers to a laboratory or laboratory, and is also used to mean a place where new techniques and ideas are tested.
We are the first in Japan to introduce a space that incorporates a store design and customer service flow that allow customers of various languages to enjoy shopping smoothly.

2. Inventory space that anyone can access

Store staff use tablets to interact with customers and communicate product features and scenes using photos and videos.
Additionally, we will set up a basket where customers can indicate whether they need customer service or not, and deliver information directly to customers who need it.
