Bornlex Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, CEO Takuya Murooka) has the mission of “WakuWaku the World” and aims to realize a world where challengers can continue to be challengers. We are starting a thinking session called “Kyoryu no Tamago.”
“Kyoryu no Tamago” is a panel discussion-style event held by Bone Rex members and those who support Bone Rex.
The first “Kyoryu no Egg” is the “Manufacturer/Trading Company Type”. Two people, one from a major steel manufacturer and one who changed careers from a major trading company to a startup, talk about starting a business and starting a new business.

Sho Obika
After graduating from Keio University Faculty of Law, he joined Marubeni Corporation, a major general trading company. Assigned to the business investment department in the IT/communications area. For about 5 years, I was mainly engaged in accounting management for telecommunications companies in Japan and Southeast Asia, and business planning and management planning at business companies. During the latter two years, he was involved in starting a soccer club with Keisuke Honda as a side job.
After gaining business experience at an IT startup in the growth phase, he is currently working as a business development and career analyst at the job search site “ONE CAREER PLUS” division.

What is “Kyoryu no Tamago”?
The largest dinosaur egg is about 60cm long.
It feels small compared to the body size of large dinosaurs. However, the small egg eventually becomes a strong dinosaur with a large presence.
Having jumped into the startup world from a different industry, you could say that they were once eggs.
