At Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto (location: Myohoin Maegawa-cho,
Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto City), a Christmas tree approximately 6 meters tall will be displayed at the restaurant “Brasserie” from December 4, 2023 to December 25, 2023.

The Christmas tree decorations will be handled by zero two THREE, a flower design company that handles the decorations for the Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto.
The theme of this year’s Christmas tree, created by Namiko Kajitani, the company’s representative, is the fusion with nature of Sekisuien, the Japanese garden that is a symbol of the Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto. Sekisuien, which has been passed down for 800 years since the Heian period, is a symbol of the Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto, filled with a variety of seasonal plants and animals.
We decorated it with original wood ornaments to create a sense of unity with the nature of Sekisuien Garden that extends beyond the window. With deep red tassels, it creates a natural yet modern look. In addition, a garden full of Christmas atmosphere is recreated at the foot of the tree, which has a sense of scale and takes advantage of the 9-meter ceiling height. You can enjoy the tree as if you were a part of Sekisuien.
For four days from December 22nd (Friday) to December 25th (Monday), we will be serving colorful and gorgeous Christmas lunches and dinners that focus on premium ingredients from all over Japan, befitting the festive season.
