to focusing on community living (prevention and active participation). With this change, providers of disability welfare services are In recent years, the need to respond to diverse needs from various standpoints has increased even more. However, it has been pointed out (*1) that the disability welfare industry as a whole has not been able to meet the needs of society and those affected by the disability, and these issues exist within our company as well. Additionally, the limits of support on the ground have become clear. For example, in the field of children, there is insufficient coordination of the needs of parents and students when there is a lack of time, such as interviews, and as a result, it is difficult for graduation to proceed as planned, and in the field of employment, there are discrepancies in communication and lack of information sharing. This can lead to complaints if the support person becomes directive or guiding during the interview and tries to control the person seeking counseling. Without turning our attention away from this fact, we began working on this research with an external organization about two years ago as a first step toward solving the problem, and were able to present this poster.
●Summary of the research: A two-year in-house training session on the theme of )

●Considering the summary and other details of this study: “Discovery of latent needs of users,” “Increase in support options for supporters,” “Cultivation of problem-solving skills of counselors themselves,” “Supporters and counselors.” 4 points: “Ensuring a safe and secure place for both parties.” In other words, by encouraging the self-determination of those seeking advice, it is expected that new possibilities will open up for them and their supporters. ●Future outlook We will incorporate the results of this research into our training and support systems, aiming to improve the quality of support, productivity, and self-understanding of our supporters. In addition, by horizontally expanding our business to partner companies (member companies), which are like-minded social franchises within our company, we will maximize social impact and aim to solve problems in the disability welfare industry as a whole over the medium to long term. We will continue to verify its effectiveness. ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――●Notes About *1: Edited and written by the Japan Mental Health and Social Welfare Association “Mental Health and Social Welfare Worker Guidelines” Committee: “Mental Health and Social Welfare Worker Guidelines 3rd Edition, Chuohoki Publishing, 2020, pp.5.
