Tokyu Land Corporation (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Hiroaki Hoshino) and Tokyu Land Corporation SC Management Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Nobuyoshi Kiuchi) operate and manage commercial facilities. Tokyu Plaza Shin-Nagata will undergo its first major renovation since its opening in September 2013. The area around Shin-Nagata Station, where this facility is located, is positioned as the central area of Kobe City in the “Kobe City Comprehensive Basic Plan,” and development and planning is progressing as a
public-private partnership. We aim to become a facility that contributes to further regional revitalization.

■ Renewal concept
“One-area commercial facility” – Make it feel like a facility for those of us who live in Shin-Nagata –
Tokyu Plaza Shin-Nagata has been patronized by local residents since its opening in September 2013, and has continued to operate as a community-based commercial facility, celebrating its 10th anniversary in September 2023. To mark this milestone, we will carry out the first large-scale renovation since opening. Taking advantage of the advantage of being directly connected to Shin-Nagata Station, where multiple lines are available, customers who use Shin-Nagata Station to transfer when commuting to work or school will find it more convenient by having popular tenants that are highly compatible with their daily lives. We aim to be a commercial facility that people will want to stop by every day.
Through this renovation, it will become a central facility in the area around Shin-Nagata Station, which is the central area of Kobe City, and we will work together with local residents to create a city called Shin-Nagata that they can be even more proud of. We aim to become an area-type commercial facility.

Starting with “ABC-MART,” which opened with expanded floor space in November 2023, it will open sequentially until around fall 2024. *Renewal: 5 new stores (planned), 4 expanded/relocated stores (planned) ■ Points of renewal

Opening of a large store with products related to daily life The small sections will be integrated to create a large store, “MUJI” on the first floor, and “DAISO/THREEPPY” on the second floor, offering household goods more closely related to daily life. A store that handles the products will be available. Additionally, “Daily Fashion Palette,” which handles clothing for a wide range of age groups, will be located on the second floor. In addition, ABC-MART on the first floor has been expanded to offer a wider selection of products than ever before.
