Sankakusha, a specified non-profit organization, and Piccolare, a certified NPO, operate a place for young people in Toshima Ward, Tokyo. I would like to talk about what I felt while running the place since the two representatives met. We plan to tell you about things that can only be discussed at this event, such as why Pisara, the place where Piccolare is, is run by donations, and examples of support that goes beyond the limits that were possible only through donations. We hope that those who are interested in the management of Ishoba, who would like to get involved in NPOs and support activities but have not been able to take concrete action, or who want to know how donations are used, will be able to participate. It has become.

There will also be time for a question and answer session on the day, so please feel free to ask any questions you may have about Piccolare’s initiatives.

■What is Piccolare?
Piccolare, a certified NPO, uses “Ninshin” as an opportunity to work on four projects with the aim of realizing a society where everyone can live freely and happily without being isolated. At the Pregnancy Conflict Consultation Support Project (Ninshin SOS Tokyo/Ninshin SOS Saitama/Ninshin SOS Chiba), we accept consultations by email and phone 365 days a year, with the mission of supporting all of the “troubles and what to do” related to pregnancy. In addition, we are holding training aimed at developing counseling support staff, and are conducting awareness-raising activities to broadly communicate the issues that can be seen through consultation desks to society. We are also producing and publishing “Pisara – 3 Years of Progress” (June 2023). Since 2020, we have been operating Pisara (Toshima Ward), the first HOME of project HOME, a place to create a place for pregnant women who have no place to live.
