Toyo Technica Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Toshiya Kono, hereinafter referred to as Toyo Technica) has released “TMCA (Toyo Motor Characteristic Analysis)”, a motor characteristic analysis software for motor performance evaluation. It has been newly developed and will go on sale on December 15, 2023. It has been developed to automatically extract stable points of torque operation, simplifying the drawing of efficiency maps. When used in combination with Toyo Technica’s motor torque measurement systems such as the all-in-one motor torque test bench “TSB series”, motor efficiency evaluation becomes easier and contributes to the efficiency and quality improvement of motor and inverter development in the electric market.

As electrification progresses in various industries such as automobile electrical components, home appliances, housing equipment, and drones, demand for motor performance evaluation is increasing in product development.
