Aoba-BBT Co., Ltd. This seminar will focus on “human capital management” to increase corporate value.
Iwao Shibata, President and Representative Director of BBT, will serve as the moderator, and special guests will be Hiroki Hiramatsu, Executive Officer, EVP CHRO, Fujitsu Limited, and Kazuto Higashida, Professor, Faculty of Management, Business Breakthrough University. As business models are fundamentally changing due to digitalization, the importance of human capital, such as the knowledge, skills, and creativity of employees, is increasing. In this conversation, we will deeply explore the understanding and practice of “human capital management” and discuss behavioral guidelines for developing and utilizing human capital in modern business and maximizing corporate value. 1. Mr. Hiroki Hiramatsu
Fujitsu Limited Executive Officer EVP CHRO
Joined Fujitsu Limited in 1989. Since 2009, he has participated in the establishment of the Nomination and Compensation Committee as the director in charge of executive personnel affairs. Since 2018, as the Human Resources Manager of the Human Resources Headquarters, he has led the planning and implementation of the job-based personnel system introduced in April 2020. As executive officer and managing director since April 2020, he has been working on the job-based personnel system and work style/office reform in the new normal era, and has been in his current position since 2021.

Professor of Business Breakthrough University, President and CEO of Foresight Co., Ltd.
He is the only “ONLY 1 Coach” in Japan who holds both the “MCC (International Coaching Federation Master Certified Coach)”, the highest international coaching qualification, and the “1st Class Skilled Professional”, the highest domestic career counseling qualification.
Joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 1985. After that, he was in charge of human resources and recruitment for many years at Recruit Cosmos Co., Ltd., where he laid the foundation for the company’s culture and culture. April 2009 Established Foresight Co., Ltd. Executive coach for corporate managers. Appeared in the 2023 Canadian feature documentary film “YOUR HIGHER SELF” as “Japan’s leading executive coach”, with over 50 active clients and over 10,000 hours in total. He is also a member of the “Education Nation Promotion Council,” a nonpartisan government advisory organization.

Northwestern University in the US. Form a unique perspective spanning cities, technology, and business through multinational learning. After building a career in IT and strategic consulting, he founded an online supermarket company with Kenichi Ohmae in 1998. In addition, successfully run multiple businesses. In 2018, he became CEO of Aoba-BBT Co., Ltd. and promoted innovation in the educational world. Develop Aoba Japan International School into the largest IB certified school in Japan. Aoba-BBT Co., Ltd. is expanding its business by providing a variety of educational services centered on international education and recurrent education.
