The original cuvee room of France’s most consumed champagne brand – Nicolas Fiat – opened on Saturday, January 13th at “Cuvee J2 Hôtel Osaka by Onko Chishin” in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. The hotel is the world’s first official champagne hotel, with champagne industry pioneer Hitoshi Yamamoto as its producer, and 11 champagne houses participating. From the entrance, it looks like a stylish hideaway, and the structure is full of playfulness.
Nicola Fiat’s mission is to bring high-quality champagne to as many people’s daily lives as possible, and we are creating a new champagne culture that calls for “champagne not only for special occasions, but for everyday life when you want a little luxury.” The business model is a cooperative association of more than 5,000 grape growers, covering approximately one-third of the Champagne region, and in the 30 years since its founding, it has achieved No. 1 sales in France and No. 3 in the world.
In the original cuvée room, created in the image of Nicolas Fiat, each room offers one bottle of Palme d’Or Brut 2008, the house’s
longest-aged vintage Champagne for 10 years, as well as original brand goods and a total of 6 We have a special seller with different types*. The guest rooms have a sophisticated and stylish design based on white, and the custom-made Palme d’Or bottle, inspired by a black pearl necklace, makes a statement. The guest room telephone has a button that says “CHAMPAGNE PLEASE!”, and there is also a service where you can order your favorite champagne, including those from other maisons, by the glass. The lineup changes every month, and this month you can also enjoy “Palme d’Or Brut 2008”.
