(Headquarters: Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture/President: Kazunori Nakamura). We have completed the transition of the package labels of the three cosmetic brands “Celvoke,” “to/one,” and “SNIDEL BEAUTY” to plant-based biomass labels *1 *2. In addition to the three brands mentioned above, two of our own cosmetic brands, Mitea ORGANIC and F organics, are also gradually transitioning to biomass labels. *1 Biomass labels refer to labels that use plant-derived resources as some of the raw materials for ink and adhesive.
*2 A total of 251 product numbers are eligible, and the transition will be completed for those manufactured in December 2023.
At Mash Beauty Lab, we have completed the transition to plant-based biomass labels for the package labels of our three cosmetic brands “Celvoke,” “to/one,” and “SNIDEL BEAUTY,” aiming to achieve carbon neutrality. Currently, each brand is switching to biomass ink that uses environmentally friendly materials for printing on labels, and the transition for “Celvoke” will be completed in October 2023. In addition, we are promoting the switch to biomass materials for all containers and cosmetic boxes, and we will gradually proceed with the transition depending on production status, and will continue to strive to achieve carbon neutrality through our business. .
