The “Smile Switch Club” was launched in September 2022 and anyone who loves cake can join. With the slogan “We want to make the world happier through cake,” we are developing a variety of projects to support more people’s everyday lives with the charm of cake. This time, the Smile Switch Club collaborated with L’Ecole Vantan High School, which won the Peko-chan Award at the 16th Sweets Koshien held in September 2023.

A breath of spring is expressed by layering almond crunch, cocoa sponge, pistachio ganache cream, strawberries, and strawberry cream in the cup. We paid close attention to details such as the taste and texture of the cream and the beauty of the layers, imagining the excitement and happy moment when you eat it. Please also take a look at the cute paper plates packed with ideas from three high school students.
* “Sweets Koshien High School Pastry Chef No. 1 Tournament” * An event where high school students compete in their sweets-making skills and ideas (sponsored by Sankei Shimbun, special sponsor: KAI Inc.). The national finals of the “16th Sweets Koshien” will be held on Monday, September 18, 2023 (holiday), with six teams competing from each qualifying block in West Japan and East Japan. In addition to the winner (Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award), awards were presented by each sponsoring company. L’Ecole Bantin High School
The Tokyo school won the Peko-chan Award and obtained the right to develop collaborative products.
