Orts Co., Ltd. “CloneHR” allows companies recruiting and job-seeking users to create their own digital clones, and matches them through virtual dialogue between the clones and communication with an AI agent. This is an innovative matching system that enables information confirmation and interview/interview processes to be realized through digital dialogue between clones, allowing you to find mutual compatibility without being restricted by time or place.
Since this system is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, it is possible to investigate compatibility based on more qualitative interactions without having to physically visit the person or set up a meeting. We aim to respond to the complex needs of the field. In addition, since the AI ​​agent digs deep into personal information, it becomes possible to capture information that could not be extracted through a conversation within a limited time, as well as qualitative information that was not considered. As a result, it is possible to achieve highly accurate matching, which is difficult for humans (traditional recruitment agents) to perform, and users can apply for employment at companies with a high probability of matching with confidence.
