Daiwa Institute of Research switches all electricity used at all domestic sites to 100% renewable energy
*Continuing from the main, all data center power is powered by renewable energy* * Daiwa Institute of Research Co., Ltd. (President: Mochizuki) From April 2024, Atsushi, head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo (hereinafter referred to as “Daiwa Institute of Research”) will use electricity sourced from renewable energy generation equipment that has been given environmental value to power all of its domestic offices and data centers. We would like to inform you that we will be switching to * At Daiwa Institute of Research, we will switch to renewable energy for the power used by our information equipment in our main data center in September 2022, and for our domestic office bases in January 2024. Furthermore, starting in April 2024, we will also switch to renewable energy at our remaining data centers. This will enable us to switch to renewable energy for all of our domestic offices and data centers.
Daiwa Institute of Research will continue to work to reduce CO2 emissions through the use of renewable energy and strive to create a sustainable and prosperous society.
