transformation, will launch a new GX human resources development service “Aidemy GX” on March 28, 2024. We have started offering it to individuals. We will support the development of GX human resources by providing content that allows you to efficiently learn the overview and overall picture of GX/Carbon Neutral.

In 2021, IDEMY began providing content in the GX area through the online DX learning “Aidemy Business,” and in 2023 launched the GX human resources development service “Aidemy GX” for corporations. To date, we have provided content in the GX area to approximately 20,000 people from over 70 companies (as of February 2024), contributing to the development of GX human resources in companies. While providing support for companies to promote GX, it has become clear that employees who are interested in GX or who are involved in GX-related work have a learning need to quickly understand the overview and overall picture of GX on their own. , we are now offering a new curriculum called “Aidemy GX | For Individuals” that allows
individuals to understand the overview and overall picture of GX/Carbon Neutral.
“Aidemy GX | For Individuals” provides an introductory course for individuals to understand the overview and overall picture of GX/Carbon Neutral. There are currently three types of curriculum: beginners who want to understand the overall picture of GX/carbon neutrality, those in charge of “defensive GX” that promotes
decarbonization of their company, and those who are responsible for thinking about new businesses that are “offensive GX”. The design is such that each person in charge can learn the content that is appropriate for them. Because we have clearly defined key points for each subject, you can take the course efficiently and at a low cost. By providing “Aidemy GX”, IDemy will continue to contribute to Japan’s GX human resource development and GX promotion from both corporate and individual perspectives.

As an introductory course for those in charge of GX promotion, this is a video teaching material with exercises in which experts explain the overall picture of GX and its practical use.

・Overall picture of carbon neutrality/Basic knowledge (for beginners who want to understand the whole picture of GX/carbon neutrality) ・Visualization of CO2 emissions in companies and precedent cases (for those in charge of “defensive GX” to promote decarbonization of their company)
・Decarbonization market trends for new businesses (for those in charge of thinking about new businesses that are “offensive GX”)

■Course time: Up to 7 hours
