(President: Masashi Nagayoshi, Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, hereinafter referred to as Panasonic Automotive Systems) will be installed on Mazda Motor Corporation’s (hereinafter referred to as Mazda) MAZDA CX-70 (2024). (Released in spring 2017). This is the third Mazda passenger car to be equipped with Panasonic Automotive Systems’ full display meters.
The full display meter is a system that uses a 12.3 inch large screen display to display vehicle status such as speed and warnings to the driver in graphics. The graphics change according to the vehicle situation, allowing timely and appropriate information to be displayed, contributing to the driver’s ability to drive with a sense of safety and security.
The full display meter installed in the MAZDA CX-70 utilizes advanced graphics technology that Panasonic Automotive Systems has cultivated through multimedia products and in-vehicle navigation to create 3D graphics that are easy to see and recognize when driving. It has a high level of quality befitting a premium vehicle.
