Mogura Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Shun Kubota, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) collaborates with Kurayoshi City, Tottori Prefecture, and Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President: Koji Hoshino). , the official metaverse of Kurayoshi City, Tottori Prefecture, “Virtual Kurayoshi” ver1.0, was opened on VRChat on February 23, 2024. As of March 2024, to commemorate the opening, we are carrying out multiple VTuber collaboration projects to spread the appeal of Kurayoshi City.

Mogura is cooperating with this initiative as “Mogura Next,” which supports government and corporate XR/metaverse projects. We will continue to support projects related to XR/Metaverse/VTuber from all aspects.

This is a video of an actual trip to Kurayoshi City, which introduces recommended sightseeing spots when visiting Kurayoshi City and the charm of local gourmet food.

Mogura is in charge of the “Virtual Kurayoshi Project” in this project (*1). In collaboration with Kurayoshi City and Odakyu Electric Railway, we designed, created, and produced a metaverse on VRChat called “Virtual Kurayoshi” that reproduces or uses Kurayoshi’s cityscape and specialty products as motifs.
