Community Net Co., Ltd. (representative name: Fusako Imai) is working on diverse work styles for women using IT.
Urawa Ward, Saitama City) is working with the Career Challenge Research Institute, which supports the growth of each child and provides education that extends their potential, to provide an environmental education program to kindergartens and certified kindergartens in Saitama Prefecture. We will start offering. This project was selected for the “2020 Saitama Prefecture Circular Economy Business Creation Project Subsidy” and started with the theme of [circulating goods and people at the same time].

“Circulating things and people at the same time”
* “What is circulation of goods?” *
Collection boxes for soap, shampoo, etc. will be set up at
kindergartens and certified kindergartens in the prefecture. We will recycle the collected containers and turn them into products for use in kindergartens, schools, etc. (such as picture book bags and products that can be used for environmental studies). Finally, by re-collecting the waste, we realize a circular economy.

* “What is human circulation?” *
We will be holding a reskilling school for parents (mainly women) who leave their children at kindergartens and certified childcare centers that have collection boxes installed. During their time at the nursery school, children review their careers and create a system for returning to society.

Collection system realized in collaboration with Unilever Japan With the cooperation of Unilever Japan, used plastic containers collected from kindergartens and certified child care centers are transported to the Continuous Employment Support Type B and
hand-sorted. The material is then crushed, washed, pelletized, and transformed into pots for growing plants at a plastic molding factory. Children grow plants in the pots and learn the importance of environmental education.

“Circular economy” centered on kindergartens and certified kindergartens “Reskilling School” that you can take while leaving your child with you We will be holding a reskilling school for parents of kindergartens and certified kindergartens in Saitama Prefecture. In Saitama Prefecture, a high proportion of men work in Tokyo, and many talented women work as housewives or as dependents. We will hold a reskilling school where such women can hone their careers while caring for their children while they are leaving their children at the nursery school. The curriculum allows students to not only learn IT skills, which are said to be essential when returning to work, but also know-how in marketing and product development.

In the future, we will approach kindergartens and certified kindergartens (approximately 500 kindergartens) in Saitama Prefecture and continue to expand this project so that children can continue to receive circular economy-style environmental education.

Thanks to Mr. Hajime Matsuo of Sokei Kindergarten, Sokei Gakuen Educational Corporation, for his cooperation.
