Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd. (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo/President: Nobuo Domae), which operates MUJI, has released four chilled noodle soup items that are useful when you have no appetite during the hot season or when you want to easily prepare meals. and two handmade noodle kit items will be on sale for a limited time at MUJI stores and online stores from April 3rd (Wednesday).

Ryohin Keikaku provides products and services that enrich daily life, with the aim of supporting the basics of daily life in order to realize a “pleasant life and society.” We are selling foods that let you enjoy the seasons through food for a limited time, and we will be selling noodle soups and handmade noodle dish kits that you will want to eat when you have no appetite or in the summer. ■Expanding the lineup of noodle products that make you want to eat them during the hot season Last year, we released a noodle soup that goes well with cold udon noodles, and in response to its popularity, this year we are adding “Grated Ume Shiso.” Grated radish and ginger, bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, muro flakes, grilled chin, and kelp are used in a noodle soup made with dashi soy sauce, and toppings include
refreshingly sour plums. Continuing from last year, we will also be selling “Grated Yuzu”, “Sesame Dare”, and “Sudachi”. In addition, “Handmade Kit Taiwan Mazesoba” and “Handmade Kit Somen Champuru” will be newly added to the handmade kit series as seasonal noodle products. MUJI’s handmade kits are products that allow you to easily prepare authentic dishes at home by preparing ingredients such as meat and vegetables. Taiwanese Mazesoba is a set of thick Chinese noodles, meat sauce, and fish meal. The meat sauce is pork seasoned with chili pepper and appetizing garlic, and the fish meal is a blend of mackerel, bonito flakes, and Soda bonito flakes. Somen champuru is a local Okinawan dish made by stir-frying somen with meat and vegetables. By drying for three days, we have created a set of somen noodles that do not harden when stir-fried, somen champuru base, and Shikuwasa seasoning liquid to add to the finish. The result is somen champuru, which is characterized by the flavor of bonito flakes, the richness of sesame oil, and the refreshing acidity.
