The PROSPER Japan Corporate Growth Support Fund No. 1 Investment Business Limited Liability Partnership (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), which is operated by the PROSPER・CAPITAL Limited Liability Partnership (*), will invest in the resort hotel “Yutori” through a special purpose company in which the Fund invests. We would like to inform you that we have today acquired the assets related to the operation of ROATAMI.

Yutorelo Atami is a resort hotel located in Atami that is easily accessible from the city center and promotes the charm of Atami through its ocean view rooms where you can enjoy the view of Sagami Bay, high-quality hot springs, and locally produced food. The attached glamping facility provides an environment where you can fully enjoy the nature and hot springs of Mt. Izu. Even during the coronavirus pandemic, we have been supported by customers of a wide range of generations, and our occupancy rate has increased in recent years.
Through investment from this fund, we will secure investment funds for business growth and add Plan-Do-See know-how regarding customer services that increase customer satisfaction, renovation of guest rooms and common areas, food and beverages, etc. We will strive for sustainable growth of Yutorelo Atami.
