Tano Town is the smallest town (by area) in Shikoku. Kaneari Suisan is a seafood company that has been operating in Tano Town for 86 years. Every day, we vacuum pack fish from eastern Kochi Prefecture and ship it nationwide.
“Zukedon Katsuo-kun” developed by “Kaneari Suisan” is made by craftsmen who carefully cook the bonito dropped from the auction that day using a special method. It is a dish that is irresistible for sashimi lovers, as it boasts a mouth-watering taste that is as fresh as it is.
After thawing, just pour it over warm rice and enjoy. Once you take a bite, the rich flavor that spreads in your mouth will definitely captivate you.
*Since it is stored frozen, we recommend eating it immediately after delivery.
