The first orchestral performance of Momoe ’s work will finally take place this summer. In the performance of “Tomomi Nishimoto’s ‘Nostalgia’ with Yutaro Miura – Momoe
Masterpiece Collection”, vocalist Yutaro Miura will co-star with the Illuminart Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Tomomi Nishimoto. Momoe ’s famous songs that colored the era, such as “Yokosuka Story,” “Autumn Cherry Blossoms,” and “Ii Hi Tabidachi,” will be performed with gorgeous and magnificent orchestral sounds. “When we listen to nostalgic music, scenes from distant memories instantly come back to us, and we feel a sense of nostalgia.Music also has the power to make us empathize with both joy and sadness.
A collection of masterpieces sung and performed that transcends time. We hope that this performance of “Nostalgia” will be a moment where everyone can share that emotion and resonate with each other, and it will be a spiritually enriching time for everyone.” Tomomi Nishimoto, who is active all over the world, has been active at the Vatican International Music Festival for over 10 years since 2013, and has been appointed as Italy Pavilion Ambassador at the 2025 Osaka/Kansai Expo, expressing her thoughts on the stage.

The premiere of “Nostalgia” (July 21st) was held at the Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall, the center of Japanese classical music, attracting the attention of music fans both domestically and internationally.
