MBSR and its demonstrated effectiveness
MBSR has been proven to be effective by various research institutions, and is a program in which groups of a few to 30 people participate in sessions of 2.5 hours each and daily independent practice over an eight-week period. We will provide cognitive training through exercises centered on meditation and bodywork (yoga, etc.).
Many studies have been conducted on its effects, and it has been shown to be effective in reducing stress, reducing mental pain from chronic headaches and cancer, and improving immunity.

Our center’s MBSR instructor training program has the following features: 1) Being able to obtain official instructor certification through a practical program
In partnership with the Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches (IMA: Germany), which has a track record of training more than 1,300 MBSR instructors in nine countries in Europe, we have partnered with the Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches (IMA: Germany) to deepen learning about mindfulness and provide practical training for implementing programs. Learn how. After completing the course, you will receive an official qualification from IMA/IMCJ and will be able to teach MBSR.
IMA is comprised of experienced instructors, including instructors who studied under MBSR founder Jon Kabat Zinn, and you can learn a program based on the original.
2) Must be able to take the course domestically
The course is a combination of three group training sessions in Japan and an online class, and can be taken in Japanese by an overseas instructor (English) through an interpreter.
By studying for a year and a half with professionals in various specialized fields such as medicine, education, and business in Japan, it will be possible to form a community to learn and teach mindfulness together. Participants include doctors, psychologists, university teachers, business personnel, etc.)
The Japanese staff who provide support are also certified
(Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Method: MBSR, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy: MBCT, etc.) and have an understanding of
evidence-based mindfulness.
3) Training results for more than 100 people in the 4th period This program attracts participants from various backgrounds and age groups. During the training period, fellow trainees will communicate with each other by “san”, deepening their awareness of mindfulness and creating a community of friends who can share it.
