Part 4 Characteristics and application effects of low molecular surfactants and polymer surfactants in composite materials
[Purpose of the lecture]
In order to improve the functionality of composite materials, we would like to introduce our surfactants for resins. We call them
low-molecular surfactants and high-molecular surfactants, and the former refers to general surfactants like soap. Because of its low molecular weight, it migrates to the surface of molded products and exhibits functions such as antistatic properties. The latter is a polymeric surfactant and consists of a polypropylene segment and a functional segment. Due to its large molecular weight, it does not move within the resin and functions permanently. Its main function is the ability to compatibilize different materials.
【program】
1. Introducing Riken Vitamins
2. Low molecular surfactant
2.1 What is a surfactant?
2.2 Antistatic agent, antifogging agent
2.3 CNF agglomeration inhibitor
2.4 Lubricant
