-Voices from respondents-
■The colors didn’t match
・I bought a foundation, but it failed because it didn’t match my skin tone. I should have made sure to test coat it.
■It didn’t match my skin type
・Perhaps because it didn’t suit my skin type, my skin sometimes felt tingly after using it. Additionally, I sometimes find myself sneezing, so I’ve started to pay more attention to the ingredients in cosmetics and their compatibility with my skin type.
■It was uncomfortable to use
・The mascara tended to clump and was uncomfortable to use. The shape of the brush was also difficult to use and I should have checked carefully.
■The color was different than I expected
・The color of the blush I bought online was different from what I expected. I was also disappointed because the color of the eyeshadow was different from the sample.
■The makeup effect was not good.
・I once bought a foundation on impulse that didn’t have enough coverage, so I started checking reviews and ratings online before making a purchase.
