Speaking of Golden Week, BBQ with family and friends in nature! Wood Design Park Okazaki, an outdoor theme park in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, is a large island in the middle of a river where you can have a BBQ without any preparation while enjoying playing in the water. This year, the ingredients set is powered up to 4 types! We will provide you with a fun time that satisfies both your stomach and soul.
Wood Design Park Okazaki, located in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, is an outdoor facility where you can enjoy day-trip BBQs and glamping overnight stays.
You can experience the charm of nature while experiencing activities unique to the outdoors, such as barbecues, rainbow trout fishing, and tent saunas.
It is a facility full of nature with good access, 90 minutes by car from Nagoya city and 30 minutes from Okazaki city.

Power up the ingredients set for your empty-handed BBQ plan! For a day-trip BBQ at Wood Design Park Okazaki, you can choose between the “No-bringing BBQ plan” that comes with ingredients, and the “Bring-in BBQ plan” where you can bring in your favorite
ingredients.
With the “Hands-Free BBQ Plan,” which is characterized by its ease of use and the ability to come empty-handed with no preparation required, there used to be two types of food ingredients to choose from, but this summer it has been upgraded to four types! We will introduce all types of ingredient sets, including new ones.

Rainbow trout fishing is fun to catch and delicious to eat.
There is a fishing pond in the facility that uses river water to conduct rainbow trout fishing activities.
Normally, one set costs 2,000 yen (one fishing rod, bait, and up to 2 trout allowed to be caught), but those using the barbecue can enjoy it for 1,500 yen.

Approximately 200 rainbow trout are always swimming in the fishing pond. The rainbow trout you catch can be grilled on the barbecue and enjoyed. Even beginners can easily catch fish, so it is an activity that everyone from children to adults can enjoy.
